My work with clients aims at identifying all these elements that we forget we carry, all these strengths that we feel we have lost and all these weaknesses we are afraid to embrace, all of which can help us regain balance and inner peace.
My approach could be characterized as "eclectic", as it is mainly influenced by Cognitive-Behavioral therapy, Humanistic psychotherapy (Client-Centered, Emotion-Focused-Therapy, Existential) , Body-oriented interventions and Psychodynamic influences (attachment theory).
More importantly, focus is put on:

- Identifying maladaptive cognitive patters and finding alternatives
- Monitoring daily behavioral tasks and make gradual changes according to each person's needs and desires
- Gaining insight on emotional responses and feelings
- Understanding the nature of interactions with others (family, interpersonal, work environment)
- Redefining personal and life values and goals
- Facilitating change
